Common areas
The main house has an area of 90 sq meters, and is oriented towards the valley and Cala Vadella. The central space of the house has the kitchen, the dining room and the living room everything is connected, creating one unique space. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including refrigerated cellar, oven, microwave, built-in barbecue, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The space is totally flexible, the living room area has a fireplace, TV, DVD and a music equipment. This main living space has a guest bathroom.
The main house has high speed internet, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans and light regulation system.
Due to the great difference in height between the main entrance and the opposite end of the lot, the volume of the main house is elevated, so that the feeling in any of its spaces is of floating in the valley between the trees. The facade opposite the entrance is a large sliding window, which allows the interior and exterior space to be unified in a large terrace with an overflowing salt pool facing the valley. This becomes the perfect spot to sunbath or to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Blue Suite
Through a large pivoting door, you enter the blue suite, which has a 150×200 bed and a full bathroom. The shower is a glass box that is suspended so that the user feels floating with direct views of the pine forest. There is a reading spot in the room with a fireplace. The large window allows a panoramic view of the valley, as well as a direct access to the terrace. During the day it is impressive to enjoy the views, however the room has blackout curtains.

Green Suite
On the opposite side of the Blue Suite and through another large pivoting door you can access the Green Suite, which can be configured with a single 160×200 bed or two 80×200 beds. It also has a full bathroom. Through the large windows there is a direct view of the pool with the pine forest in the background. During the day it is impressive to enjoy the views, however the room has blackout curtains.
