Chillout

Due to the big difference between the main anteance and the end of the garden. All volumes are elevated to mantain the best views. This allows a very attractive space underneath the main house. The difference in height is solved with several garden levels. 

In the upper part of the chill out space there is a game area with a ping pong table and other games. Very convenient for teenagers. In the middle part there is an outdoor dining area with a table and sits for 10 people and a fridge. It becomes a very pleasant and cool area in the summer, surrounded by plants. 

At the end of the covered space the is a bath area with a small pool and outdoor shower with beautiful sunsets and sea views, it is also intended to be used as a place of coexistence and reunion between the inhabitants of the main house and the bungalows.

The house is completely surrounded by a garden, on the way up to the parking on the opposite side of the chill out area there is a fully equipped and independent kitchen. This way it is possible to cook to eat in the garden or in the summer dining room, without using the main house.
