About Everland
Everland is a unique case of housing, both in its architectural conception and in the way it can be lived in. It is a hyper-flexible house that offers infinite possibilities and configurations for different types of users.
The house is manageable when there is only one person and perfectly comfortable when all the rooms are used with friends or family. Due to the distribution of the house it is possible a coexistence in which each of the users have their individuality and privacy but at the same time share with others the spaces. Both the two swimming pools and the chill out area are shared places in which to generate coexistence and relationships between the different users of the house.
